Where are you located?

Bird on the Blue Line is located in Chicago, IL! We do not have a physical store.

I need help with my order!
Please use the Contact section of our website or email birdontheblueline@gmail.com and specify in the email's subject the issue (i.e) wrong item, damaged item)

Can I DM you on Instagram or other socials?
As a tattoo artist and small business owner, I get tons of messages/notifications. I will most likely not see it!

Can I purchase a wholesale order?

Yes of course! Please use the Contact section of our website or email birdontheblueline@gmail.com and title the email "wholesale request." Payment will be through Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, or Square

Can I purchase a custom order?

Please use the Contact section of our website or email birdontheblueline@gmail.com and title the email "custom request." I don't always have the available time to create a custom piece however I am always open to discussing your vision! If I have the ability to take on your request, payment will be through Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, or Square

When will I receive my order?
After purchasing your order, processing time is 3 to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping notification and be able to track your package (note UNTRACKED sticker mail does not have tracking number). Most orders are shipped with First Class shipping and can take 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Untracked sticker mail may take 3 days to 2 weeks depending how far away you are from Chicago.

What is untracked shipping?
Untracked shipping is the default shipping method for most stationery items in our shop. If you choose this shipping method, you will receive a shipping notification WITH NO tracking. Orders are sent via stamped envelope. This is to make our shop more affordable. However, you may choose a tracking number during checkout. If your order hasn't arrived a month after shipping, please notify us via the Contact section of our site or at birdontheblueline@gmail.com

My order is lost what do i do?
For domestic orders, if you haven't received your order after a month, then I will gladly replace it OR refund you - whichever you prefer

I want to return my stickers or prints
Unfortunately for artwork, I will not accept returns. If your order is damaged in transit on the other hand, I will replace it or refund you

I put the wrong address!

Don't worry! It takes me at least up to two days to fulfill and ship your order. Please use the Contact section of our website or email birdontheblueline@gmail.com with your name and correct address and I will be sure to ship your item to the new address once received
 

Can I purchase your work elsewhere?
Bird on the Blue LIne is currently on Etsy (items are more expensive to accommodate Etsy fees). Please notify me if you see my products or similar products somewhere else! This helps report copycats and keep my work unique
